Honors Visual Art Exhibition + CreatorKids

MMAA Project Space


A special exhibition recognizing the artistic talent of students within the Saint Paul Public Schools. Featuring the art of 60 high school students plus the work of elementary students in MMAA’s art program CreatorKids. Presented by the Minnesota Museum of American Art, Saint Paul Public Schools, and the Ordway Center for the Performing Arts.

Seeds of Change: A Portrait of the Hmong American Farmers Association

An exhibition of photographs, video, and stories by Minneapolis multimedia artist and digital storyteller Mike Hazard, co-presented with the Hmong American Farmers Association.

Brick x Brick

August 18 - December 30, 2016
MMAA Project Space


Brick by Brick is an exhibition of works from the MMAA's permanent collection that shows how cities and the built landscape have inspired American painters, photographers, and sculptors.  This exhibition will be complemented by loans from local artists and private collectors.
