With care and concern for the community and our staff, the M is closed temporarily due to COVID-19. For the sake of public health, the current exhibit is closed to the public, and upcoming events, classes, and programs listed below have been adjusted:

  • A Choice of Weapons, Honor, and Dignity: The Visions of Gordon Parks and Jamel Shabazz is now on view through THE M @ HOME 
  • Gordon Parks: A Homecoming is now on view through THE M @ HOME 
  • CANCELED April 4: Artist talk with Den-Zell Gilliard (follow him on social media @denzellg)
  • CANCELED April 16: Landmark to Lowertown with American Composers Forum
  • CANCELED May 7: Water 2020 biennial opening party
The M is monitoring the situation closely and will communicate any further program and operational changes through website updates and social media pages — stay tuned for creative ways to stay engaged from home! We are hopeful that we can soon invite you back to the M!
